Pink Cloud pairs up CJ from Top Chef with CONNECTED

I was so excited to hear CJ’s super happy voice this morning, who took the excitement to another level by telling me that he’d help us curate the food and beverage selection of vendors for Pink Cloud’s production of CONNECTED at the Abbot Kinney Festival. CJ was one of the top five finalists of Bravo’s last season of TOP CHEF and is a Venice local. He told me that he’s in the works of opening a new restaurant with some other TC people in Chicago (get those winter gloves out CJ!) and is also part of the James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour as well as Los Angeles Magazine’s 3rd Annual Taste LA. We are really excited that he is going to be with us in showing our guests that healthy food is freaking awesomely scrumptious, as well as bringing fine dining to the streets.
