TED is coming soon to a theater near you
From the TED organizers: As part of our goal to expand our TED Prize community, we will be presenting, for the first time ever, the TED Prize session live in select theaters and cinemas across the US. In this live simulcast, deep-ocean explorer Sylvia Earle, astronomer Jill Tarter, and maestro Jose Antonio Abreu will reveal their 2009 TED Prize wishes to change the world. Be the first to see what they wish for!
The two-hour presentation will include special introductions from Quincy Jones, Al Gore and Sir Richard Branson and a surprise guest. This is an opportunity to be the first to know what our winners wish for — and to join the TED Prize community in helping make their wishes become a reality.
We hope you will join us and fellow TEDizens in theaters for this exciting event!
